Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience in Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting or FP&A.
- At least 1-2 years of corporate finance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance or business administration.
- Advanced Excel-based modelling skills.
- Fluent understanding of P&L dynamics and unit economics.
- Ability to demonstrate poise and professionalism in front of senior leaders.
- Proven analytical and inquisitive work style.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior strategic partner to business leaders.
- Build and oversee robust financial models.
- Lead materials for Weekly Reviews and Board presentations.
- Lead actual vs budget analysis and variance investigation.
- Oversee and develop KPI reporting.
- Drive operating cadence for forecasts and planning.
- Partner with business on cost and margin analysis.
- Lead initiatives to centralize data.
- Drive process improvement and system enhancements.
- Partner with Accounting during month-end close.
