Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on healthcare, regulatory, compliance, employment, and operational matters
- Lead and evolve the company’s legal and compliance strategy across multiple markets
- Partner closely with operations, growth, product, and clinical teams to enable compliant innovation
- Oversee payer contracting, vendor agreements, strategic partnerships, and commercial negotiations
- Guide HIPAA/privacy, Medicare & Medicaid, value-based care, telehealth, and risk management initiatives
- Build scalable legal processes, policies, and compliance programs that support rapid growth
- Manage litigation, audits, investigations, and outside counsel relationships
