Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active bar membership.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in legal, compliance, and risk-heavy environments.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing or partnering closely with enterprise cybersecurity or information security leaders.
- Strong business acumen with experience advising senior executives.
- Proven ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and change.
- Experience in regulated, global, or matrixed environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as chief legal advisor to the President and leadership team on all legal, regulatory, and governance matters.
- Lead global legal strategy across commercial, product, regulatory, employment, litigation, IP, privacy, and data protection.
- Oversee corporate governance, executive and board support, and enterprise policy frameworks.
- Ensure strong compliance programs across regulated environments, including healthcare, quality systems, trade compliance, and global regulatory requirements.
- Provide executive oversight and governance for the company’s information security and cybersecurity programs.
- Lead and support the CISO, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and alignment to business risk.
- Build, lead, and develop high‑performing Legal, Compliance, and Security organizations.
- Enable business growth by providing pragmatic, timely, and commercially sound guidance.
