Requirements
- Manage end-to-end payroll for a global workforce
- Deep expertise in Spanish payroll operations
- Hands-on experience working with external payroll vendors and EOR partners
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax laws, and reporting standards
- Experience with payroll-related systems or HRIS
- Ability to troubleshoot and support system integrations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Oversee and process payroll for all employees across multiple countries
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with local laws and company policies
- Collaborate with external payroll vendors to run payroll cycles
- Work closely with Employer of Record (EOR) partners
- Support payroll changes related to performance reviews and promotions
- Manage and process employee expense reimbursements
- Collaborate on the Workday implementation and integration project
- Ensure accurate mapping of payroll data and workflows within Workday
- Test and validate payroll processes in Workday before go-live
- Generate reports for Finance, People Operations, and leadership
