Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in sales account management.
- Proven track record managing complex solutions for National or Global accounts.
- Experience with C-level relationship management.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for client needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic account management plans.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives for named accounts.
- Identify cross-functional resources to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
- Manage customer contractual documentation including MSAs, SLAs, and SOPs.
- Conduct client cadence calls to nurture relationships.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive threats.
- Provide internal leadership within a matrixed organization.
