Requirements

  • Prior SDR or BDR experience with documented call metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or refine outbound sequences.
  • Strong discovery skills to uncover pain points.
  • Fast learner capable of getting up to speed on complex industries.
  • Ability to implement and act on sharp feedback.
  • Preferred: experience in construction or specialty trades industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting (~100 cold calls/day) into enterprise commercial construction contractors.
  • Map target accounts and engage them with a point of view.
  • Build qualified pipeline for Account Executives through high-conviction discovery meetings.
  • Use GTM stack, including AI-powered sequencing and call intelligence tools.
  • Develop, test, and iterate on outbound messaging and sequences.
  • Hit and exceed monthly targets for meetings held and sales-accepted opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert in commercial construction market dynamics.
