Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar outbound sales roles, ideally in SaaS.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field.
- Proven success in high-volume prospecting and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with executive presence.
- Ability to quickly understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and continuously focused on performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build engagement strategies across assigned accounts and support revenue objectives.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, social, campaigns, and networking) to identify and engage potential buyers.
- Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and relevant business context.
- Qualify leads using defined criteria and progress opportunities into the sales pipeline.
- Communicate product value clearly, positioning platform capabilities to executive-level stakeholders.
- Support sales cycle activities including CRM updates, forecasting input, reporting, and follow-up communications.
- Drive attendance and engagement for events such as webinars, conferences, and customer programs, followed by structured outreach.
