Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Preference for experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Proficiency with sales prospecting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal, B2 level minimum).
- Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new leads and market opportunities, handing off qualified prospects to Outside Sales.
- Utilize sales prospecting tools and systems to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Maintain focus on assigned automotive and non-automotive market segments.
- Create and communicate sales activity, customer development, and project status reports.
- Follow the established sales playbook for consistent prospecting and qualification.
- Manage relationships with assigned company accounts and identify their needs.
- Update and maintain the company CRM system and sales database.
- Prepare pricing quotations in coordination with internal teams.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to improve back-office processes.
- Develop and maintain deep product and application knowledge.
