Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Preference for experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with sales prospecting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal, B2 level minimum).
  • Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new leads and market opportunities, handing off qualified prospects to Outside Sales.
  • Utilize sales prospecting tools and systems to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Maintain focus on assigned automotive and non-automotive market segments.
  • Create and communicate sales activity, customer development, and project status reports.
  • Follow the established sales playbook for consistent prospecting and qualification.
  • Manage relationships with assigned company accounts and identify their needs.
  • Update and maintain the company CRM system and sales database.
  • Prepare pricing quotations in coordination with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to improve back-office processes.
  • Develop and maintain deep product and application knowledge.
