Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success training and enablement.
- Strong understanding of the B2B customer lifecycle.
- High proficiency in Salesforce and Planhat or similar platforms.
- Experience creating training materials, slide decks, and tutorials.
- Proficiency in Articulate or similar authoring tools.
- Confident presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to break down complex API or process-heavy workflows.
- Ability to collaborate across functional teams like Product Marketing and CS Ops.
- Familiarity with sales/success methodologies like MEDDPICC is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead a world-class onboarding program for new CSMs.
- Develop post-onboarding curricula on features, trends, and account management.
- Identify knowledge and skill gaps through data-driven assessments.
- Deliver live workshops, virtual sessions, and eLearning for global teams.
- Build practical exercises and job aids translating API capabilities into success plays.
- Serve as subject matter expert for the CS toolset including Gong, Salesforce, and Planhat.
- Collaborate with CS leadership and Sales Enablement on product/process updates.
- Advocate for continuous improvement in CS processes and training practices.
