Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success training and enablement.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B customer lifecycle.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce and Planhat or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating training materials, slide decks, and tutorials.
  • Proficiency in Articulate or similar authoring tools.
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to break down complex API or process-heavy workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate across functional teams like Product Marketing and CS Ops.
  • Familiarity with sales/success methodologies like MEDDPICC is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead a world-class onboarding program for new CSMs.
  • Develop post-onboarding curricula on features, trends, and account management.
  • Identify knowledge and skill gaps through data-driven assessments.
  • Deliver live workshops, virtual sessions, and eLearning for global teams.
  • Build practical exercises and job aids translating API capabilities into success plays.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the CS toolset including Gong, Salesforce, and Planhat.
  • Collaborate with CS leadership and Sales Enablement on product/process updates.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement in CS processes and training practices.
