Requirements
- Built revenue operations and commercial systems at organizations of 200+ people.
- Expertise as a CRM and sales pipeline architect.
- Experience configuring, automating, and reporting in HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience building or scaling a high-touch community or premium membership product.
- Ability to produce live events for sophisticated audiences.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and writing operational playbooks.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to operate quickly and maintain high standards of precision.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the onboarding flow for new members.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close and optimize CRM automation.
- Develop and maintain member engagement strategies and feedback loops.
- Plan and execute major live events including logistics and production.
- Oversee member-facing communications and coordinate external marketing.
- Configure and manage the technology stack and CRM infrastructure.
- Hold shared P&L accountability for member growth and direct ownership of retention and NPS.
- Manage, hire, and mentor the operations team including the Closer and CSM.
