Requirements

  • Built revenue operations and commercial systems at organizations of 200+ people.
  • Expertise as a CRM and sales pipeline architect.
  • Experience configuring, automating, and reporting in HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience building or scaling a high-touch community or premium membership product.
  • Ability to produce live events for sophisticated audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and writing operational playbooks.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to operate quickly and maintain high standards of precision.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the onboarding flow for new members.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close and optimize CRM automation.
  • Develop and maintain member engagement strategies and feedback loops.
  • Plan and execute major live events including logistics and production.
  • Oversee member-facing communications and coordinate external marketing.
  • Configure and manage the technology stack and CRM infrastructure.
  • Hold shared P&L accountability for member growth and direct ownership of retention and NPS.
  • Manage, hire, and mentor the operations team including the Closer and CSM.
