Requirements
- 7-10+ years of marketplace operations experience.
- 5+ years leading and scaling teams including managers.
- Deep understanding of supply/demand dynamics.
- Experience building operations at elite marketplaces (e.g., Uber, Airbnb, DoorDash, Instacart, Lyft, Amazon).
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI and agentic tools.
- Expertise in designing and scaling complex marketplace processes.
- Strong analytical skills, including SQL and Excel.
- Systems thinking ability to connect supply behavior and operational workflows.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and evolve systems matching clinician supply to client demand.
- Partner with Provider Operations and Capacity Planning for supply readiness.
- Own capacity planning and staffing strategy for the marketplace.
- Manage 24/7 real-time monitoring operations and playbooks.
- Lead marketplace performance for enterprise client accounts.
- Drive reporting, analytics, and data visibility across the team.
- Lead and develop a team of humans and AI agents.
- Design and scale agent-augmented operational workflows.
