Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life science or related engineering field
- Project management experience in Central Laboratories for CRO, Pharma, or Biotech
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office/MS 365
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Data analysis and reporting proficiency
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and emotional intelligence
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to travel 10-25% (domestic and international)
Responsibilities
- Lead CRO laboratory projects including assay development and clinical testing
- Manage biorepository/sample management, logistics, and kitting
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and revenue forecasting
- Serve as primary client contact and cross-functional project lead
- Coordinate data gathering, inventory control, and shipping procedures
- Prepare and present reports to clients and vendors
- Identify and mitigate technical, project, and business risks
- Mentor junior Project Managers
- Enforce compliance with design, performance, and regulatory standards
