Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success in B2B software sales.
- Experience in architectural design, construction, facility management, or 3D reality capture industries.
- Fluency in English and the local language of your territory.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience at high-growth startups.
- Strong pipeline development and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Highly organized with extreme attention to detail.
- Growth mindset and intellectual curiosity.
- Familiarity with construction technology (BIM preferred).
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodologies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory ecosystem strategy to identify high-value enterprise targets.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex, multi-year enterprise agreements.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite executives.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and ROI analyses.
- Proactively hunt for new business through cold outreach and social selling.
- Drive land and expand initiatives within existing accounts.
- Partner with BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline in Salesforce.
- Act as a subject matter expert on EMEA-specific construction trends.
- Cultivate a network of brand ambassadors.
