Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven success in B2B software sales.
  • Experience in architectural design, construction, facility management, or 3D reality capture industries.
  • Fluency in English and the local language of your territory.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience at high-growth startups.
  • Strong pipeline development and forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail.
  • Growth mindset and intellectual curiosity.
  • Familiarity with construction technology (BIM preferred).
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory ecosystem strategy to identify high-value enterprise targets.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex, multi-year enterprise agreements.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and ROI analyses.
  • Proactively hunt for new business through cold outreach and social selling.
  • Drive land and expand initiatives within existing accounts.
  • Partner with BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline in Salesforce.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on EMEA-specific construction trends.
  • Cultivate a network of brand ambassadors.
