Requirements
- Enterprise selling experience at a direct competitor or adjacent data platform
- 7+ years in cloud/data/infra
- Live network of CXO/VP-level buyers and solution architects
- Partner counterparts across AWS, GCP, Azure, and key SIs/GSIs
- Mastery of consumption-led sales motions
- Experience with marketplace transacts and commercial constructs (EDP, private offers)
- Ability to qualify hard and design compelling POCs
- Ability to quarterback cross-functional resources including SE and Product teams
- Exceptional communication and board-level presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Warm up existing executive, architect, and buying-center relationships to open doors
- Build near-term pipeline and close monthly Cloud deals
- Orchestrate multi-threaded strategic enterprise sales cycles (3–36 months)
- Lead displacement and migration plays versus incumbent OLAP/data platforms
- Design POCs and business cases proving performance and TCO
- Drive joint motions with AWS, GCP, and Azure using marketplaces and private offers
- Evangelize ClickHouse vision including BYOC patterns
- Capture data in Salesforce and deliver accurate monthly forecasts
- Engage at local meetups and community sessions
