Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Experience in an outsourcing or offshore staffing environment.
- Experience with roles such as Credit Analyst, Loan Processor, Mortgage Broker Assistant, or Parabroker in the Australian mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of AU/NZ mortgage processes and financial services workflows.
- Hands-on experience using ATS tools (preferably Workable).
- Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Basic familiarity with typing assessments and candidate evaluation methods.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage candidates using Workable and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct initial outreach, pre-screening conversations, and resume reviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and pipelines within the ATS.
- Collect and manage candidate requirements such as introduction videos.
- Coordinate and track completion of typing assessments.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure smooth candidate progression.
