Requirements
- 4+ years of recruitment experience in your chosen vertical
- Previous work with VC/PE-backed companies, recruitment firms, or startups preferred
- Strong understanding of industry-specific roles, competencies, and hiring challenges
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Experience with international and remote hiring
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfort with using structured assessment tools and systems
- A university degree in a relevant field (Finance, Marketing, Business, Tech, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to structured interviews and offer stage
- Specializing in one of our verticals — finance, tech, or marketing/sales
- Partnering with internal teams to deliver on individual roles or bulk hiring projects
- Conducting high-quality assessments and interviews with a structured, insight-driven approach
- Delivering a high-touch, professional candidate experience
- Staying informed on hiring trends in your vertical and advising clients accordingly
- Supporting hiring in adjacent areas when needed
