Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience in your chosen vertical
  • Previous work with VC/PE-backed companies, recruitment firms, or startups preferred
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific roles, competencies, and hiring challenges
  • Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with international and remote hiring
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Comfort with using structured assessment tools and systems
  • A university degree in a relevant field (Finance, Marketing, Business, Tech, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to structured interviews and offer stage
  • Specializing in one of our verticals — finance, tech, or marketing/sales
  • Partnering with internal teams to deliver on individual roles or bulk hiring projects
  • Conducting high-quality assessments and interviews with a structured, insight-driven approach
  • Delivering a high-touch, professional candidate experience
  • Staying informed on hiring trends in your vertical and advising clients accordingly
  • Supporting hiring in adjacent areas when needed
