Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience using Procore in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with construction project management and financial workflows.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience with Procore API or similar platforms (nice to have).
- Interest in working with APIs, JSON, endpoints, and webhooks (nice to have).
- Background in construction accounting or finance systems (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Serve as an internal Procore specialist for user onboarding and offboarding.
- Troubleshoot user-related problems and integration-related errors.
- Assist with uploading budgets and WBS structures to projects.
- Update and create SOP documentation.
- Set up and update training within Talent LMS including PowerPoint and recorded trainings.
- Assign and monitor training within Talent LMS to identify non-compliance.
- Field an internal Jira queue to assign tickets.
- Assist with creating Business Requirements Documentation and project timelines.
