Requirements
- Senior experience in Operational Excellence or transformation in a multi‑country environment.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional change initiatives at scale.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end service, installation, and supply chain processes.
- Deep experience with D365‑enabled process transformation.
- Strong analytical mindset and performance analytics experience.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through governance.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and the UK.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the Operational Excellence strategy and multi‑year transformation roadmap for Europe & UK.
- Establish and maintain regional governance and standards for processes like Order‑to‑Cash and Supply Chain.
- Drive adoption and value creation from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Define regional performance standards, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Set and govern regional frameworks for strategic partner performance and compliance.
- Lead and develop Operational Excellence capability across regions through matrix leadership.
- Act as a change leader, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption.
