Requirements
- 4+ years of experience, preferably with an agency or in client service.
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness brand space.
- Innate passion for pop-culture and the pharmaceutical space.
- Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient understanding of Instagram and influencer content platforms.
- Creative and writing skills for client-facing materials.
- Experience mentoring junior teammates.
- Experience interacting with brands, agencies, and celebrity talent.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, written, and verbal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Flag and vet in-culture opportunities for clients.
- Identify and build relationships with talent, agents, and publicists.
- Draft formal offers and negotiate campaign agreements.
- Author creative briefs and coordinate content shoot logistics.
- Create campaign recap documents and project decks.
- Manage project communications directly with clients.
- Monitor sports and entertainment news for client opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior staff.
