Requirements
- 6+ years of Amazon advertising experience, including hands-on management of large, multi-brand catalogs.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing advertising teams.
- Deep expertise in Amazon search (SP, SB, SD), DSP, and AMC.
- Strong analytical fluency; able to build budget models and evaluate incrementality.
- Experience managing advertising across multiple businesses or brand portfolios simultaneously.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve team output and decision quality.
- Willingness to attend in-person meetings.
- Experience with multi-channel attribution and full-funnel media measurement preferred.
- Background in categories with strong DTC presence (furniture, mattress, home goods) preferred.
- Experience with Pacvue, Stackline, Skai, or comparable ad tech platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own advertising budget allocation, TACOS/ROAS targets, and contribution margin outcomes.
- Set quarterly and monthly targets by portfolio and manage performance.
- Develop a unified advertising strategy across search, DSP, Fire TV, and emerging ad products.
- Manage and develop a team of Ad Managers with portfolio accountability.
- Build out the specialist layer including offshore resources and AI-assisted campaign management.
- Partner with data/tech teams to build best-in-class advertising measurement and AMC implementation.
- Design and oversee incrementality testing methodology.
- Represent advertising performance in executive reporting.
