Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing and growth strategy.
  • Proven experience scaling D2C products or consumer tech brands.
  • Demonstrated success driving complex, multichannel product launches.
  • Strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep fluency in modern marketing strategies, especially for family/parent audiences.
  • Strong technical and analytical proficiency for defining KPIs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence.
  • Track record of scaling products from inception to significant ARR.
  • Ability to work effectively with external agencies and in-house teams.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for new products.
  • Define target segments and personas.
  • Build and execute launch plans, including channel mix and key milestones.
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit.
  • Build and implement scalable frameworks and processes for launching products.
  • Translate product capabilities into customer value propositions.
  • Own channel and CRO strategy to identify and scale acquisition channels.
  • Analyze performance against growth targets and identify new growth levers.
