Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, primarily in FP&A within a high-growth tech environment.
- Fluent in SaaS metrics (NRR, ARR, CAC Payback, Gross Margin).
- Experience building models that balance speed, accuracy, and clarity.
- Ability to serve as a business partner to leaders outside of finance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial insights clearly.
- Proactive, long-term mindset with the ability to build ahead of business growth.
- High level of independence and ability to produce high-quality work without constant review.
Responsibilities
- Owning and continuously improving the company’s financial model, including all three financial statements, headcount, COGS, OpEx, and a thorough revenue model.
- Playing a significant role in Ashby’s annual planning process and ongoing forecasting cycles.
- Partnering closely with the VP of Finance and department heads to build bottoms-up plans.
- Owning ad hoc scenario modeling, helping leadership evaluate trade-offs on major decisions.
- Preparing and delivering monthly financial reporting packages for investors and our Board.
- Partnering with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals and forecast, supporting a clean and timely monthly close.
