Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience.
- Experience in Hospitality, Construction, or Real Estate.
- Demonstrated success delivering physical projects.
- Ability to form deep connections with property owners and on-site staff.
- Experience managing complex initiatives in remote settings.
- High level of independence and comfort in ambiguous environments.
- Obsessive about documentation and scaling solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for senior leadership and operations staff.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience with hotel or large-scale STR launches is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex new property launches.
- Manage planning, coordination, and resource allocation for unique properties.
- Oversee takeovers, transitions, renovations, and custom design projects.
- Coordinate activities across Real Estate, Partner Success, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Finance.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, launch checklists, and operational standards.
- Document learnings and capture institutional knowledge for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure launches are funded and set up for success.
- Travel to property sites as needed to support launch execution.
