Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of project or program management experience
  • Experience in branded events, experiential marketing, music, or agency production
  • Ability to manage end-to-end campaigns
  • Financial fluency with budget management and tracking
  • Understanding of paid and organic media plans
  • Experience producing live events
  • Fluent in Google Workspace and Slack
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Working knowledge of US live events and brand partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sale kick-off process
  • Set up and maintain project plans and stakeholder workflows
  • Build and manage campaign budgets and approve expenses
  • Deliver and track performance against internal media plans
  • Ensure content delivery across the campaign arc
  • Book and contract venue, artist, and production staff
  • Act as day-to-day project lead for the client
  • Deliver final campaign wrap reports and metrics
