Requirements
- 3–7+ years of project or program management experience
- Experience in branded events, experiential marketing, music, or agency production
- Ability to manage end-to-end campaigns
- Financial fluency with budget management and tracking
- Understanding of paid and organic media plans
- Experience producing live events
- Fluent in Google Workspace and Slack
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Working knowledge of US live events and brand partnerships
Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale kick-off process
- Set up and maintain project plans and stakeholder workflows
- Build and manage campaign budgets and approve expenses
- Deliver and track performance against internal media plans
- Ensure content delivery across the campaign arc
- Book and contract venue, artist, and production staff
- Act as day-to-day project lead for the client
- Deliver final campaign wrap reports and metrics
