Requirements
- 2+ years experience working in or with trust and safety teams at major social networks, domain registrars, or hosting platforms.
- Proven relationships within the industry that can be leveraged on day one.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with external organizations and internal teams.
- Understanding of trust and safety operations, including content moderation and abuse reporting.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Effective communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools like Salesforce, JIRA, or Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of a portfolio of strategic relationships with key online service providers.
- Execute day-to-day partnership operations, including managing partner communications, tracking SLAs, and resolving escalations.
- Assist in developing and refining workflows and processes that improve remediation efficiency.
- Serve as a point of contact for partner-related operational issues and escalations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface partner feedback and document integration requirements.
- Monitor and report on key partnership metrics such as takedown success rates.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in trust and safety.
- Support the negotiation and ongoing management of partner agreements.
