Requirements
- Proven experience in managing complex programs and services projects.
- Ability to manage programs spanning multiple countries or zones.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in program governance, financial management, and risk mitigation.
- Experience in mentoring project managers and program staff.
- Ability to drive customer business outcomes and value realization.
- Experience with contract management and service delivery frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Presales, and Engagement Management teams.
- Willingness to travel to appropriate work locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a services program consisting of related services projects or multiple unrelated services projects.
- Manage the setup of the program through to delivery of new capabilities and realization of value.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the program and align internal departments and the customer.
- Work with Sales Account Manager to create program vision and drive customer value realization.
- Execute the program governance model and conduct systematic stakeholder management.
- Manage all contracts, dependencies, and interfaces between projects within the program.
- Monitor progress, perform risk management, and resolve issues with internal and external partners.
- Manage program financials including budget, margin, forecast, and revenue recognition.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate program and project teams while supporting personal development.
