Requirements
- 10+ years of senior commercial leadership in technology consulting, enterprise software, or AI/digital transformation services in Spain
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English
- Deep understanding of the Spanish enterprise market, including commercial culture and procurement dynamics
- Proven track record driving revenue growth and winning new business with large enterprises
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- C-suite engagement experience
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- P&L responsibility experience including forecasting, budgeting, and pricing models
- Familiarity with the enterprise AI landscape
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Zartis's commercial strategy in Spain, with a focus on AI transformation opportunities
- Manage and convert high-potential inbound leads generated through our Anthropic partnership
- Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion across target verticals
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with large Spanish corporations, multinationals, and public-sector entities
- Own the full sales cycle, crafting AI-specific value propositions tailored to enterprise client needs
- Identify market trends, regulatory considerations (EU AI Act, GDPR), and emerging opportunities in generative AI
- Collaborate with Account Management, Tech Leadership, and Zartis/Anthropic C-level stakeholders
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategies, and commercial performance metrics
- Represent Zartis at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
