Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior commercial leadership in technology consulting, enterprise software, or AI/digital transformation services in Spain
  • Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish enterprise market, including commercial culture and procurement dynamics
  • Proven track record driving revenue growth and winning new business with large enterprises
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • C-suite engagement experience
  • Strategic and analytical mindset
  • P&L responsibility experience including forecasting, budgeting, and pricing models
  • Familiarity with the enterprise AI landscape

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Zartis's commercial strategy in Spain, with a focus on AI transformation opportunities
  • Manage and convert high-potential inbound leads generated through our Anthropic partnership
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion across target verticals
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with large Spanish corporations, multinationals, and public-sector entities
  • Own the full sales cycle, crafting AI-specific value propositions tailored to enterprise client needs
  • Identify market trends, regulatory considerations (EU AI Act, GDPR), and emerging opportunities in generative AI
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Tech Leadership, and Zartis/Anthropic C-level stakeholders
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategies, and commercial performance metrics
  • Represent Zartis at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
