Requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional experience.
- 2+ years experience in client-facing roles driving technical project leadership.
- Background in enterprise healthcare systems, digital consumer payments, backend payment processing, or EHR.
- Comfortable working with data structures, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong analytical capabilities with high proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Python and API integrations preferred.
- Effective at leading outcomes-focused client conversations.
- Experience communicating clear technical and business requirements to engineering teams.
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment and navigate ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and operational discovery with clients to define requirements, dependencies, and implementation risks.
- Translate client data structures and file formats into Cedar’s infrastructure, schemas, and integration design.
- Lead data validation and UAT efforts to identify root causes and resolve data mismatches or load failures.
- Communicate complex technical concepts regarding networking, security, and authentication to stakeholders.
- Manage multi-threaded, complex projects and convey progress against goals.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal engineering, account management, and product teams.
- Operate independently on ambiguous projects and make sound tradeoff decisions.
- Utilize AI and emerging technologies to accelerate analysis, documentation, and execution.
