Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in utilities consulting or solution delivery
- At least 3 full-cycle Oracle MDM or C2M implementations
- Strong expertise in Oracle Utilities MDM and/or C2M solutions
- Deep understanding of meter-to-cash processes, billing systems, and utility operations
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and related architecture components
- Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with cloud-based system delivery environments
- Ability to lead workshops, define requirements, and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Experience coordinating distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle MDM/C2M functional solutions for utility clients
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into structured solution designs and process mappings
- Oversee meter data collection, validation, and troubleshooting across electric, water, and gas utility systems
- Configure and optimize Oracle Utilities MDM solutions to improve functionality, performance, and data accuracy
- Map client requirements to standard C2M processes and Oracle Utilities frameworks
- Develop and manage detailed project plans covering workshops, testing, training, and deployment activities
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of functional workstreams
- Identify risks, remove delivery blockers, and ensure alignment across interdependent project activities
- Support change management, documentation, and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies
