- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous testing.
- Experience in financial services, lead generation, or eCommerce is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct rigorous testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Work with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices.
