Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram ads at an advanced level.
  • Proven track record of managing monthly ad budgets of $10K or more, with experience scaling campaigns.
  • Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, and pixel tracking/conversion optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make fast, informed decisions.
  • Strong copywriting skills focused on conversion and performance.
  • Experience with creative strategy, including UGC content and video ad production.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as GoHighLevel, Close CRM, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools to support creative ideation and campaign optimization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, from strategy and setup to scaling and optimization.
  • Manage and optimize large monthly ad budgets, ensuring strong performance across key metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Develop and execute high-performing creative strategies, including ad concepts, copywriting, and video/script direction.
  • Lead the production of creative assets by briefing designers and video editors with clear and actionable guidance.
  • Continuously test audiences, creatives, and offers to identify winning combinations and scale effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance data daily and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with funnel performance and revenue objectives.
  • Take full accountability for campaign outcomes, focusing on driving revenue growth and efficiency at scale.
