Requirements
- Higher education in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Advanced problem-solving skills combined with logical and creative thinking.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Fluency in both English and Lithuanian, with the ability to communicate clearly across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of performance results, make data-driven decisions independently, and manage budgets responsibly.
- Proactive mindset with continuous learning attitude and strong professional maturity.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (former Bing) performance and strategy for a dedicated portfolio of products.
- Utilize all available channels (Search, Shopping, Display, Youtube etc.) for custom and specialized user journey through our sales funnels.
- Make data-driven decisions using data platforms such as Looker Studio, GA4, Power BI to scale performing offers while maintaining a positive ROI.
- With the help of AI tools generate and iterate content such as creatives, videos and landing pages to constantly A/B test new ideas.
- Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitor research to develop and implement new testing and scaling strategies.
- Share insights and relative information on daily meet-ups with the team, keeping them up to date on scaling opportunities for their own campaigns.
- Be on lookout for processes automation opportunities, including AI, scripts and other 3rd party tools.
- Stay informed about platform updates and industry trends, applying relevant changes to campaigns when needed.
- Support team members with additional tasks when needed.
