Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Performance/B2B Marketing, GTM, or Outbound.
  • Previous experience managing, training, or mentoring outbound teams.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to write and optimize high-performing cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Strong ability to build workflows using data sources like Google Maps, Apify, Serper, and AI tools.
  • Deep understanding of data scraping, enrichment, lead scoring, and campaign orchestration.
  • Well-versed in prompt engineering, AI models, and AI-assisted GTM workflows.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience in Tech, SaaS, software, or high-growth start-up environments.
  • Strong communication skills for client-facing and team-guiding scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for international clients.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of Campaign Managers.
  • Create and review messaging for outbound campaigns using AI and ICP analysis.
  • Build and improve prospecting and list-building workflows.
  • Leverage Clay for data scraping, enrichment, and campaign orchestration.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Identify and test new campaign angles and niches.
  • Support Campaign Managers in preparing client updates and strategic reports.
  • Communicate directly with clients for strategic discussions and performance reviews.
  • Create internal processes and quality standards for the team.
