Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales or advisory for financial products or tax credit accounting.
- 3+ years of renewable tax credit experience.
- Experience in structured origination and/or distribution of financial products.
- Strong cold outreach, networking, and public speaking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work autonomously in an early-stage company.
- FINRA SIE, Series 79, and 63 certification or willingness to obtain.
- Willingness to travel 25%.
Responsibilities
- Build your own book of business and grow buyers through the customer lifecycle.
- Generate new buyer leads through conferences, networking, and outreach.
- Cultivate partnerships with corporate buyers, family offices, and banks.
- Educate buyers on tax credit transactions and Crux platform utility.
- Develop custom strategies and facilitate transactions.
- Address risks, mitigants, and transaction issues proactively.
- Inform product development with user insights and subject matter expertise.
