Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (junior+/medium level skills in operating system administration)
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts
- Experience in monitoring/alarming (Zabbix, Grafana)
- Ability to react quickly in case of emergency

Responsibilities
- Providing monitoring and detection of problems and faults in Exante's products and services
- Prompt incident response and escalation
- Analysis and solution of typical problems using playbooks
- Interact with engineers/specialists from related teams to solve problems
- Participation in the incident management process (assigning and coordinating personnel responsible for resolving major incidents, informing and providing updates to stakeholders)
- Participation in compiling major incident reports
- Configuring and automating monitoring
- Documenting and maintaining the team's knowledge base up to date
