Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, CS, Engineering, or related.
- 3–7+ years of experience in operations analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Strong expertise with Jira reporting, JQL, dashboards, and filters.
- Proficiency in BI and visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting/query languages.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and infrastructure support models.
- Experience working with large operational datasets and integrating data sources.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Define and track operational KPIs including SLA/SLO, MTTR, and capacity utilization.
- Transform data from Jira, ServiceNow, and monitoring systems into actionable insights.
- Develop automated pipelines and workflows to visualize data across systems.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to support OBRs and executive reviews.
- Establish reporting governance, KPI definitions, and ownership models.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into incidents and operational bottlenecks.
