Requirements
- Proven experience in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity sales, particularly within mid-market business development environments.
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills with the ability to understand and address customer challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with mid-market procurement cycles, buying processes, and account management best practices.
- Experience using sales and prospecting platforms such as Salesforce, Demandbase, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational and forecasting discipline.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads while consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling and tailored solution presentations aligned with customer business needs.
- Collaborate closely with channel partners to execute campaigns, support customer acquisition, and expand regional market presence.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to uncover emerging business opportunities and support strategic sales initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams to improve sales enablement resources, optimize sales strategies, and support customer success initiatives.
- Participate in customer meetings, events, and industry engagements, including regional travel as required.
