Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CRO, experimentation, growth, performance marketing, or similar data-driven environments.
  • Previous experience working within high-volume eCommerce, DTC, or fast-paced digital businesses.
  • Strong ability to identify funnel issues, define strategic hypotheses, and prioritize experiments based on business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with analytics and behavioral research platforms including Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey optimization, conversion funnels, and landing page experimentation.
  • Experience collaborating with developers on testing frameworks and experimentation implementations.
  • Ability to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous data while maintaining strong business judgment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a balance of analytical thinking, curiosity, ownership, and decision-making confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end CRO strategy process, from identifying conversion opportunities to defining hypotheses, prioritizing experiments, and analyzing results.
  • Detect and address conversion bottlenecks across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, quizzes, pricing strategies, and customer messaging.
  • Develop data-driven experimentation roadmaps focused on improving conversion rates, revenue per session, and profit per visitor.
  • Collaborate closely with growth, acquisition, product, creative, and analytics teams to align experimentation priorities with broader business objectives.
  • Translate strategic hypotheses into actionable testing plans for execution teams and developers.
  • Ensure experimentation quality through rigorous test setup, KPI definition, segmentation accuracy, and result validation.
  • Maintain a high-impact testing backlog focused on business value rather than test quantity.
  • Standardize experimentation documentation, including hypotheses, expected outcomes, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
  • Analyze behavioral data, user journeys, funnel performance, and qualitative insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, accountability, and data-driven growth across teams.
