Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Product Management
- Proven track record of driving results through experience and flow optimizations
- Expert in A/B testing and experimentation
- Eye for design and understanding of product content, page and interaction design effects on conversion
- Data-driven, hypotheses-driven and make data-informed decisions
- Excited about using LLMs and AI-driven personalization
- Fluent in GA4 and Tableau (or similar tools like PowerBI)
- Ability to speak the language of engineers, understand technical constraints, and navigate data structures
- Background in Business or Tech
- Understands that for a luxury brand, "conversion" must feel like an invitation, never a transaction
- Expertise in Jira for backlog management
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Availability to work until 3:00 PM PT (Pacific Time)
Responsibilities
- Own the execution of the 2026 CRO roadmap.
- Define the optimization vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Drive a team in a fast-paced environment to launch, adjust, pivot, or scale experiments based on real-time A/B test results.
- Serve as the product lead for two squads focused in Web CRO for different portions of the same user journey.
- Partner with our Data Team to define tracking requirements, analyze A/B test performance, and build visualization reports in Tableau.
- Work closely with Product Designers to bridge the gap between qualitative research and quantitative data, ensuring every experiment is both user-centric and business-aligned.
- Align with Marketing on content and performance marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with other product areas (Zicasso’s Platforms for Travelers, Partners and Customer Care Team) to ensure seamless data flow across our ecosystem.
