Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven success scaling app acquisition campaigns
- Experience with Meta, Google App Campaigns, and DSPs
- Ability to optimize using downstream business metrics
- Hands-on experience with mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer
- Understanding of mobile tracking limitations and privacy frameworks (e.g., SKAN)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Experience using SQL
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Fluency in Spanish and English
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance marketing execution across mobile acquisition channels
- Lead the development of the performance marketing function by building structured reporting systems
- Manage agency relationships
- Optimize full-funnel performance metrics
- Design and execute structured experiments including A/B testing
- Allocate and adjust marketing budgets dynamically
- Drive creative performance strategy
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Risk, and Design teams
- Own attribution and measurement frameworks using mobile tracking tools
- Develop deep market expertise in Mexico
