Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Proven success scaling app acquisition campaigns
  • Experience with Meta, Google App Campaigns, and DSPs
  • Ability to optimize using downstream business metrics
  • Hands-on experience with mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer
  • Understanding of mobile tracking limitations and privacy frameworks (e.g., SKAN)
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Experience using SQL
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Fluency in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing execution across mobile acquisition channels
  • Lead the development of the performance marketing function by building structured reporting systems
  • Manage agency relationships
  • Optimize full-funnel performance metrics
  • Design and execute structured experiments including A/B testing
  • Allocate and adjust marketing budgets dynamically
  • Drive creative performance strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Risk, and Design teams
  • Own attribution and measurement frameworks using mobile tracking tools
  • Develop deep market expertise in Mexico
