Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing or growth
- Hands-on execution experience
- Strong paid media background on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Ability to design ads and graphics
- Strong copywriting skills
- Working knowledge of SEO
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience marketing to small business owners or tradespeople is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and launch Meta and Google Ads campaigns from scratch
- Own campaign structure, targeting, budget, and optimization
- Manage ROAS, CPL, and CAC
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Design ad images and graphics
- Write all ad copy and landing page copy
- Build and iterate on landing pages
- Set up tracking, attribution, and dashboards
- Report weekly on performance
- Improve lead-to-demo conversion rates
