Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Aptitude for selling to target customers and building partner relationships.
  • Experience driving large enterprise opportunities and smaller inbound deals.
  • Experience providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Tech savviness with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
  • Persuasive, independent, and skilled in negotiation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Must be based on the US West Coast.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%).

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with partners to generate new opportunities and close deals.
  • Manage and develop reseller partnerships across the region.
  • Close direct business together with dealers.
  • Generate partner leads and negotiate new partner agreements.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand Wingtra’s footprint in the US market.
  • Expand relationships by proposing solutions that meet customer objectives.
  • Learn about customer use cases and market opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with prospective customers to identify needs and qualify opportunities.
  • Act as a brand promoter in the target market.
  • Create and maintain customer data in CRM tools like HubSpot.
