Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Aptitude for selling to target customers and building partner relationships.
- Experience driving large enterprise opportunities and smaller inbound deals.
- Experience providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Tech savviness with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
- Persuasive, independent, and skilled in negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Must be based on the US West Coast.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%).
Responsibilities
- Work closely with partners to generate new opportunities and close deals.
- Manage and develop reseller partnerships across the region.
- Close direct business together with dealers.
- Generate partner leads and negotiate new partner agreements.
- Develop sales strategies to expand Wingtra’s footprint in the US market.
- Expand relationships by proposing solutions that meet customer objectives.
- Learn about customer use cases and market opportunities.
- Develop relationships with prospective customers to identify needs and qualify opportunities.
- Act as a brand promoter in the target market.
- Create and maintain customer data in CRM tools like HubSpot.
