Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, or related roles.
- Experience within healthcare, health tech, AI, or SaaS sectors.
- Experience in a quota-carrying role is preferred.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Familiarity with LMS, CMS, and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Experience with Conversation Intelligence tools (Attention.tech preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and drive consensus.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful, skill-based, and situational enablement programs.
- Collaborate with sales and success managers to align on coaching and enablement initiatives.
- Build GTM AI agents to minimize tactical work and improve efficiency.
- Create and manage documentation for sales processes and skills.
- Provide continuous coaching on sales skills, including discovery and negotiation.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and enablement programs.
- Drive measurable results across the sales funnel.
