Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, or related roles.
  • Experience within healthcare, health tech, AI, or SaaS sectors.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying role is preferred.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs.
  • Familiarity with LMS, CMS, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Experience with Conversation Intelligence tools (Attention.tech preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships and drive consensus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful, skill-based, and situational enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with sales and success managers to align on coaching and enablement initiatives.
  • Build GTM AI agents to minimize tactical work and improve efficiency.
  • Create and manage documentation for sales processes and skills.
  • Provide continuous coaching on sales skills, including discovery and negotiation.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Drive measurable results across the sales funnel.
