Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a closely related role
- Experience within healthcare technology or medical devices
- Demonstrated experience selling into or enabling sales to health systems, IDNs, or large hospital networks
- Deep understanding of health system buying processes
- Proven track record building sales playbooks, training programs, and content in a high-growth environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with clinical, product, marketing, and regulatory teams
- Familiarity with remote patient monitoring, chronic disease management, or virtual care
- Experience with RPM/CCM/RTM reimbursement structures
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), LMS tools, and sales content management systems
- Background in adult learning design or instructional design methodology
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain end-to-end sales playbooks tailored to health system buyer personas, including CMOs, CNOs, CFOs, and IT leadership
- Develop clinical and economic value messaging, ROI tools, and case study libraries
- Create competitive battle cards, objection-handling guides, and deal-stage frameworks
- Design and deliver onboarding programs to accelerate rep ramp time
- Lead ongoing training on health system procurement processes, reimbursement models (RPM/CCM/RTM), and clinical outcome narratives
- Partner with clinical affairs, marketing, product, and regulatory teams
- Serve as the connective tissue between field reps and internal subject matter experts
- Track and report on enablement KPIs: ramp time, win rate, and content utilization
- Maintain and optimize the sales enablement tech stack (CRM, LMS, content management)
