Requirements
- Strong experience in designing and customizing SAP PM/EAM solutions
- Fluency in German (spoken and written)
- Proven experience working with business stakeholders in maintenance environments
- Ability to translate complex requirements into solution designs and present them at management level
- Experience collaborating closely with development teams
- Knowledge of additional SAP modules (MM, QM, PP, SD)
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
- Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements in the SAP PM/EAM maintenance domain
- Design end-to-end functional and technical solutions for maintenance processes
- Define and configure SAP PM/EAM customizing
- Prepare structured documentation (functional & customizing concepts)
- Align solutions with key stakeholders and act as a bridge between business and IT
- Deliver clear management-level summaries to support decision-making
- Collaborate across adjacent modules (MM, QM, PP, SD)
