Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing international HR role.
- Deep expertise in APAC and the EOR space.
- Minimum of 2 years managing complex customer-facing issues in EOR.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
- Knowledge of HR technology and international employment compliance.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a definitive subject matter expert for EOR services across diverse APAC markets.
- Act as the primary advisor for complex APAC compliance requirements.
- Partner with Legal, Product, and Operations to influence international product-market fit.
- Partner with Customer Success to manage high-value accounts.
- Act as the final point of internal escalation for complex compliance or high-liability HR territory.
- Proactively identify EOR expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Drive retention and growth of existing customer base through an education-based approach.
- Translate complex international regulations into actionable guidance.
