Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Channel Operations, or Partner Operations within B2B SaaS.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Deep understanding of partner/channel ecosystem models (VAR, MSSP, GSI).
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred).
  • Experience with PRM tools (e.g., Impartner, Alliances, Zift).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Gong).
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the operational framework for the partner program.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between the Partner/Channel organization and Revenue Operations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences for partner pipeline and performance.
  • Define and track partner KPIs, including revenue attainment and deal rates.
  • Lead the administration and optimization of partner-facing platforms like PRM and CRM.
  • Coordinate with Finance on incentive accruals and compensation modeling.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning, including headcount and segmentation strategies.
