Requirements

- 2–4 years of accounting experience in private industry or public accounting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Nice to have: Experience in digital healthcare.
- Nice to have: Experience with NetSuite.
- Nice to have: Experience streamlining processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily GL functions like leases, equity, and capitalized software.
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Support month-end close process for timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting queries.
- Maintain documented accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist with year-end audits and regulatory filings.
- Support technical accounting research and new standard implementation.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
