Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communications hub for LUX Infusion Ambulatory Infusion Clinics
- Answer, screen, route, and document calls accurately using multi-line phone systems
- Collaborate closely with intake, nursing, scheduling, clinic operations, and IT support teams
- Provide general information to callers following approved protocols
- Take, document, and escalate time-sensitive or urgent information
- Support emergency and on-call communication processes
- Maintain accurate call logs and internal directories
- Identify opportunities to improve communication workflows
- Support administrative and coordination needs for clinic operations
