Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, call center operations, hospitality, or retail support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Basic proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong customer-first mindset with ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving capability and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, case notes, and service history in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Prepare documentation such as order forms, service tickets, and internal reports.
  • Coordinate appointments, service visits, and scheduling across teams.
  • Support internal workflows including filing and organizing digital documents.
  • Assist with invoice queries and basic finance coordination.
  • Generate weekly/monthly customer service summaries.
  • Liaise with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams for order tracking.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical support teams.
