Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field preferred.
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, call center operations, hospitality, or retail support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Basic proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong customer-first mindset with ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving capability and ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records, case notes, and service history in CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare documentation such as order forms, service tickets, and internal reports.
- Coordinate appointments, service visits, and scheduling across teams.
- Support internal workflows including filing and organizing digital documents.
- Assist with invoice queries and basic finance coordination.
- Generate weekly/monthly customer service summaries.
- Liaise with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams for order tracking.
- Collaborate with sales and technical support teams.
